The CRC 1052 Summer School occurred from June 5th to 7th, 2023. All CRC 1052 doctoral researchers and associated members were invited to participate. The summer school spanned three full days. We organized data blitz sessions, including poster sessions, to get new insights into the research of our collaborative research centre subprojects. Furthermore, they early career researchers contacted the doctoral researcher of other projects, allowing to discuss their plans and findings.
The schedule also offered two different skilling workshops through this challenging academic program. This year we encourage our graduate school members to participate in “Grant writing” and “Social media training”. Here you can get an impression of a result on Social media. Cornelius Goerdeler (Project B1, project leader Martin v. Bergen) has provided his fresh-made Social media video.
Lastly, an obesity prevention session in the gym hall completed our event. Volleyball and table tennis have intensively challenged doctoral researchers.
